This is a hands-on role supporting high-reliability, zero-defect manufacturing in a regulated laboratory environment. Responsibilities Perform precision micro-assembly of components and subassemblies Complete soldering and inspection work to established procedures Use optical and digital microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly Operate torque drivers, soldering stations and other lab manufacturing equipment Apply epoxies and bonding materials as required Maintain accurate production and inspection records Follow quality procedures, PPE requirements and laboratory safety protocols Enter production activity into MES or ERP systems as needed Support high-voltage or vacuum chamber operations when required Requirements At least 3 years of technician experience in a regulated or zero-defect manufacturing environment Experience with precision inspection, soldering and micro-assembly Experience using microscopes for detailed work Comfortable using torque drivers, soldering stations, epoxies and PPE U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Preferred Epoxy or bonding experience MES or ERP experience High-voltage equipment or vacuum chamber experience
