Electrical Assembler II (Temp-To-Perm)
Location:
Lowell, MA Pay Rate:
$22 - 24/hr
Hours:
(M-F) 7AM - 3:30PM Employees will execute their job duties in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and
ISO 9001
procedures.
Essential Job Duties:
Perform a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly operations to build up and assemble units of moderate complexity such as printed circuit boards, modules, chassis drawers, cable harnesses and other electronic assemblies Following established methods and procedures builds flexible cable assemblies; makes bulk cables, cuts and strips wires, crimps, cleaning operations, marking operations Work from production/assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components Utilize a variety of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers crimpers, wenches, screwdrivers, and pliers May operate semiautomatic assembly equipment as well as basic electronic test equipment Hand soldering and de-soldering of thru-hole, and SMT components Handle all electronic components within the guidelines of
ESD Educational and Experience Requirements:
HS Diploma 1 -3 years experience in electrical assembly

MS Office Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Sit Use hands to type, finger, handle, or feel Talk and hear Stand, walk and reach with hands and arms Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; anything over 50 lbs requires a two-person lift, or other lifting equipment Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusting focus

Manufacturing Environment Identifiable job hazards: Work with or around machine shop tools, compressed gases, mechanical robotic equipment, Acetone, IPA Occasional high noise levels
