Electrical Assembly Technician Job Description Assemble electrical components, wiring, and wire harnesses using blueprints and schematics. Perform detailed, primarily seated assembly work with small parts while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical components and harnesses. Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Perform crimping, soldering, and electronic assembly . Use hand and power tools safely. Inspect finished assemblies for defects and quality. Maintain an organized workstation and meet production goals. Qualifications 1+ year of assembly/manufacturing experience. Electrical wiring or wire harness experience. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Experience with crimping and soldering . Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently. Schedule & Environment 1st shift: 5:30 a.m.4:00 p.m., MondayThursday Alternative schedule: four 9-hour days plus 5 hours Friday. Small, team-oriented warehouse with on-the-job training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudsonville, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
