As a member of the team some of the essential duties and functions are as follows. Responsibilities Read assembly drawings and electrical schematics to perform the electrical assembly Identify electrical components such as breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, overloads, etc. Completely layout all din rail and components per drawings Fabricate enclosure cut-outs. Drill and tap panel back plates. Install components. Wire panels point to point with various wire sizes Rigging and setting backplates Program VFD's Test all panels for functionality Work in a healthy team environment, assists others when able and as needed Qualifications/Skills Electrical/technical and 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Knowledge Knowledge and ability of hand tool operation; cordless drill, wrenches, screw drivers, knockout punches, hole saws, wire stripper, etc. Knowledge of layout and fabrication Overtime and weekend work are sometimes required Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
