The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical panels and control systems to ensure they meet quality standards and operational specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are paramount. Duties Mount electrical and mechanical components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, switches, and terminal blocks onto backplanes and enclosures. Cut, strip, crimp, route, and terminate wires accurately following detailed point-to-point wiring diagrams and schematics. Perform continuity checks, hardware tightness tests, and functional inspections using multimeters and calibration tools to ensure proper assembly. Identify defective components or wiring issues through troubleshooting procedures and rework faulty connections or parts as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during assembly processes. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards throughout the wiring and assembly process. Requirements Proven experience in electrical panel wiring or a related role, with strong knowledge of electrical components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, switches, and terminal blocks. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings with high accuracy. Skilled in cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and terminating wires efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with testing tools like multimeters and calibration devices for performing continuity checks and inspections. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify defects or wiring issues quickly and accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance in all tasks performed. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 65.0 per week
