SCHEDULE

Various shifts and shift differential apply for some of the shift selections Who we're looking for We're hiring two kinds of people, and you only need to fit one. Mechanical Experience as a mechanical assembler, or general mechanical skills from manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, or a skilled trade You can read basic drawings, work instructions, or schematics You're comfortable with hand and power tools, torque tools, and fasteners Electrical or electronic Experience in electrical or electronic assembly, wiring, harnessing, cable routing, or soldering You can read wiring diagrams or electrical schematics Military, technical school, or field technician experience counts What the work looks like Assembling, testing, and inspecting complex equipment to exact specs Working in a clean, organized, safety-first environment Long-term assignments What helps you stand out One or more years of hands-on assembly or technical experience Attention to detail and a steady hand Cleanroom, ESD, or quality inspection experience (nice to have, not required) Why work with Raise You get a recruiter who answers your calls, explains every step, and stays with you through the whole assignment.
