This role is responsible for the assembly and work-in-progress testing of our Wireless Pin, Wired Pin, and Ultrasonic product lines, as well as managing the day-to-day shipping and receiving of inventory goods. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with electronics and precision components, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Responsibilities Product Assembly & Testing Assemble electronics products according to established work instructions, schematics, and quality standards Perform functional and quality testing on all assembled units to verify performance meets specifications Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or non-conformances during assembly and testing Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and repeatability across production runs Maintain accurate production records, including quantities assembled, tested, and passed/failed units Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, or safety Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Management Receive incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies Accurately log received goods into inventory tracking systems Prepare, package, and ship finished products and components to customers or partner facilities Maintain organized storage of components, work-in-progress, and finished goods Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies General Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with company safety policies Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new product introductions and process changes Adhere to all quality management system requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training a plus Prior experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related hands-on technical role preferred Familiarity with basic hand tools, soldering, or precision assembly techniques Experience with inventory management systems or shipping/receiving processes is a plus Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, or technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory software, email) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
