Dover A growing manufacturer of electronic instrumentation and testing equipment is seeking an experienced Electronics Solderer & Assembler to join its production team. The company develops and assembles electronic devices used in scientific, educational, and research environments. Key Responsibilities Perform fine-pitch soldering and component-level assembly. Complete surface-mount (SMT) soldering and rework as needed. Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and production drawings. Assist with mechanical assembly of electronic products. Build and test wiring harnesses, cables, and assemblies. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality and reliability. Follow quality, safety, and production standards. Required Qualifications Experience with fine-pitch soldering techniques. Proficiency in surface-mount and through-hole soldering. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly drawings. Mechanical assembly experience preferred. Experience with wiring and cable assembly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
