Solderer Assembler - Contract To Hire An electronic component manufacturing is seeking a skilled Solderer Assembler in the Salem, NH area to support engineering prototypes and low-volume production programs. Solderer Assembler:
6a-3:30pm M-Thurs every other Friday off with Friday hours being 6am-2:30pm Pay Rate of the

$28-29/hr DOE Responsibilities of the
Solderer Assembler:
Perform SMT, through-hole, and electro-mechanical assembly and soldering using engineering documentation and assembly drawings. Support engineering prototype, pilot, and small-run production builds. Identify and resolve product start-up and assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and customers. Perform solder touch-up, modification, and rework on electronic assemblies. Assemble PCBs, cables, wire harnesses, connectors, and electronic components to required specifications. Qualifications of the
Solderer Assembler:
Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering. Experience with surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Experience using soldering irons, microscopes, and electronic assembly equipment.
