No need to be an electronics expert, we will teach you what you need to know. We're a family-owned, electronics manufacturer, that has proudly been in business since 1985. We invest in our people, train them from the ground up, and value the employees who wish to stay and grow with us. As an Assembler , you will build and finish electronic products using small hand tools, soldering equipment, fixtures, and simple assembly instructions. You'll work with small electronic components and circuit boards, following drawings, examples, and step-by-step instructions.
Responsibilities Include:
Assemble electronic circuit boards and products using hand tools & soldering equipment. Prepare, organize, and inspect parts before and during assembly. Follow drawings, instructions, and samples to ensure products are assembled correctly. Perform final assembly, including installing hardware, labels, covers, bases, and packaging. Inspect finished products for quality and correct any defects or issues. Apply protective coatings and perform basic rework when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who enjoys working with their hands and building things . Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. Able to follow instructions and work carefully. Dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. Reliable attendance and commitment to a full 40 hr week Previous electronics experience is helpful, but not required—we will train the right person.
Pay rate:
$18•23 per hour (based on experience)

Full time hrs•M-Th 7:00 AM•4:00 PM, Fri 7-12:30
