Soldering. Work on production assembly lines. Manufacturing and assembly of items such as connecting wires. Aim to be as efficient and consistent as possible when putting together a product. Excellent hand-eye coordination, for crimping terminals. Be able to stand 4-8 hours per day. Lift 30-40lbs. Great attitude and energy will take you far at this company. Summary As an Electronic Assembler/Crimper, you will contribute to the production of high-quality electronic assemblies by performing wiring, crimping, and assembly tasks under defined blueprints and schematic specifications. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will interpret electrical schematics, use hand tools and power tools, and ensure accurate cable and connector assemblies. Your role will emphasize precision, adherence to manufacturing processes, and timely focused output, with opportunities to apply PCB and PLC knowledge to facilitate efficient, reliable electronic panel builds. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and wiring using hand tools and surface mount and through-hole techniques according to schematic drawings and blueprints. Perform connector and cable assembly, electrical panel building, and electrical wiring harness fabrication; verify continuity with ohmmeter and test equipment. Solder components, inspect solder joints, and ensure wiring meets workmanship standards while following blueprints and manufacturing specifications. Read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts; implement PLC-related wiring where applicable. Maintain tools and workstation, document work orders, and adhere to safety and quality procedures throughout assembly processes.
