We are seeking a dependable Electrical Assembly Technician to perform assembly, installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical systems, also diagnosing and repairing broken or defective parts.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift Electrical Assembly Technician Responsibilities Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in a manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment, identify malfunctions, and repair or replace defective components such as motors, switches, and fixtures. Read blueprints and electrical schematics to support equipment installation, wiring, modifications, and repairs. Operate electrical testing equipment, measuring instruments, precision machinery, and hand tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks safely and accurately. Perform electrical and mechanical modifications, follow established quality and safety standards, and complete assigned work independently with minimal supervision. Electrical Assembly Technician Qualifications Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus but not required. Training is available. Experience with measuring instruments, precision machines, hand tools, and electrical tools. Ability to build control systems, electrical cabinets, electrical panels, and machine equipment using electrical plans, diagrams and blueprints. Knowledge of the standard practices, materials and tools of the electrical trade, knowledge of the occupational hazards of the electrical trade and related safety precautions.
