As a Technician, you will perform highly precise assembly, inspection, testing, and soldering of micro-mechanical and electronicponents used in advanced aviation applications. What You'll Do

Precision Assembly

Assemble micro-mechanical and electronicponents in a cleanroom environment.

Perform intricate assembly tasks under a microscope with a high degree of accuracy.

Construct assemblies, subassemblies, andponents from schematics, blues, and verbal instructions.

Testing & Inspection

Test and inspect assemblies and sensors to verify quality and functionality.

Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues.

Ensure products meet strict manufacturing and quality standards.

Soldering & Electronics Work

Solder fine-pitch electronicponents using precision techniques.

Support assembly and repair activities requiring meticulous workmanship.

Utilize electronic testing equipment as needed to verify performance.

Compliance & Quality

Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning, masking, and contamination-control procedures.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

Ad to safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow strict cleanroom procedures and protocols.

Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to perform repetitive, highly detailed tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. Preferred Qualifications

Experience assembling ultra-precision mechanical or electronicponents under a microscope.

Experience soldering fine-pitch electronicponents.

Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as:

Oscilloscopes

Multimeters

Related diagnostic tools

Experience working in an ISO-certified cleanroom environment.

IPC J-STD-001

Solder Certification.

Technical degree in electronics, mechanical technology, or a related field.

Proven experience operating binocular stereo microscopes with long working-distance optics.

Strong depth perception and steady hands for intricate bench work.

Background in micro-precision trades such as:

Watchmaking

Jewelry making

Miniature painting

Precision instrument assembly

Similar craftsmanship-focused fields
