Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Small Parts Assemblers in Ashland for detailed, hands-on assembly work in a small, clean and climate-controlled facility. You'll follow diagrams and instructions to assemble small electrical components and parts while learning different areas of the operation. And when 4:00 PM rolls around? You're done for the day. ... No staying late. No mandatory overtime. No surprise Saturdays. What You'll Do Assemble small electrical components and parts
Follow diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
Work with small pieces that require good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Complete detailed assembly work accurately
Visually check your work for proper assembly
Learn multiple tasks throughout the manufacturing process
Rotate between job duties as needed
Follow established quality and safety procedures
Keep your workstation clean and organized What We're Looking For Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Comfortable working with small parts and detailed assembly
Ability to follow diagrams and work instructions
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn different jobs and responsibilities
