Learn to build, assemble, calibrate, and test ASG's precision torque control and fastening tools and their subassemblies, following established work instructions. Learn to troubleshoot and repair both company-manufactured equipment and the products we sell. Inspect, test, and pack finished products to meet quality standards and customer expectations Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors. Respond promptly to requests from customers and supervisors. Keep the supervisor informed of issues that need attention and involvement from supervisors. Maintains timely and accurate records and reports, as required. Observe good housekeeping and safety habits. Take on additional assembly-related responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or trade school education is required. Has the necessary training to become proficient in the position. Through related experience, has demonstrated the skills and ability to be an effective electronic assembly technician . Possesses strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electronics. Has basic soldering skills and is able to use hand tools, vise, and drill press. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers. Experience assembling, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment, with the ability to read prints and interpret manuals to determine correct procedures. Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new computer systems and software tools. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective time management skills in prioritizing and addressing multiple and, at times, conflicting demands. High energy with a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs. High level of personal and professional integrity. Is committed to the company's values. M - F 8am - 5pm
