Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Electronics Assembly Technicians in Wooster for a hands-on opportunity assembling, wiring, inspecting, and testing electronic products and components. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, working with their hands, and seeing a finished product come together. What You'll Do Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies

Complete basic wiring and cable assembly

Install components into finished units

Visually inspect parts before and during assembly

Test completed assemblies for proper operation

Assist with basic service and repair of returned products

Update production information using a computerized system

Follow established assembly and quality procedures What You'll Need Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Ability to follow assembly instructions and established procedures

Comfort working with small parts, wiring, and electronic components

Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production information

Ability to inspect finished work for quality

Dependable attendance and willingness to learn

Previous electronics assembly, manufacturing, wiring, repair, or other detailed hands-on experience is helpful, but not required Why ? 1st-shift opportunity

$16.50 - $18 /hour

More technical than traditional general production work

Learn electronics assembly, testing, wiring, and basic repair skills

Eligible for permanent placement after 480 hours (60-days)
