Multiple shifts available Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Technical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will assemble mechanical and electronic components by following written instructions, diagrams, and established procedures. Successful candidates enjoy working with their hands, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to a team-focused environment. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components according to work instructions and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and production documentation Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy Identify and report defects, shortages, or process issues Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and quality procedures Record production information and documentation as required Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or technical experience preferred Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Frequent use of hands for assembling small components Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Must be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
