Job Description
A rapidly expanding manufacturing facility in Leetsdale, PA, is seeking individuals with a background in mechanical or electrical assembly to join our production team. In this role, you will utilize various hand and power tools to integrate components like tanks and filters into complete systems, as well as perform product testing. We provide comprehensive training, along with all necessary technical drawings and documentation to ensure your success. We offer consistent, full-time Monday through Friday schedules with no weekend work required. You may select from our first (6AM-2:30PM), second (2PM-10:30PM), or third (10PM-6:30AM) shifts. The facility is conveniently accessible via public bus lines. Compensation begins at $19.45 to $20.95 per hour, with a structured progression plan that could see your earnings reach $22.75 to $24.25 per hour by the conclusion of your first year, in addition to a discretionary annual bonus. Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or GED. Proven background in manufacturing-based mechanical or electrical assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in operating hand and power tools. Capacity to interpret technical drawings and follow written assembly procedures. Availability to complete at least two weeks of initial training on the first shift. Help maintain operational efficiency by meeting physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting throughout the entire shift. Successfully complete standard pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings. Core Proficiencies Expertise in mechanical testing procedures. Strong background in mechanical assembly techniques. Experience working as a professional assembler. General knowledge of assembly workflows. Proficiency in electrical assembly tasks. Skilled in the safe operation of power tools. Competent use of various hand tools.
