Electromechanical Assembly Technician Pay:

$24-$30

Shift:

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Froday Responsibilities Perform thru-hole soldering on printed circuit boards. Assemble and build electronics products using small hand tools and power tools. Test and troubleshoot electronic subassemblies and final assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide assembly, soldering, and testing activities, where applicable. Operate basic computer systems and Linux-based tools as needed for documentation, test procedures, and production tracking

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test. 3+ years of Thru Hole soldering experience. Hands-on electronics experience with experience working with transistors, resistors, and circuitry. Proficiency in assembly and troubleshooting of electronic subassemblies and final assemblies. Ability to use hand tools and power tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, and air tools. Basic computer operation skills, including working with Linux-based systems. Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with J-STD standards for soldering. Additional Skills & Qualifications J-STD Solder Certification is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics with confidence is desired. Experience working in electronics or electro-mechanical production environments. Comfort working with test equipment and troubleshooting tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
