 division is currently seeking a Lead Technician. The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assemble electrical products of all levels including motor controls, circuit breakers, etc. This includes all sub-assemblies to the component level and large scale units. Support Switchgear Modernization products and perform time entry transactions through Eaton proprietary software systems. Visually check components and assemblies for electrical and mechanical defects. Read and understand blueprint and schematics for assembly and troubleshooting. Complete sub-assembly and wiring of any product as assigned. Maintain quality records, calibration records, charts, and area performance to forecast as directed. Develop vendor relationships to assist with material specifications, quality control, purchasing, and delivery. Receive direction and assignments from the assigned leader, and report any problems to the leader.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent and graduate of a two (2) year, full-time, accredited electronics technology school or its equivalent in the military or academic college training. Five years of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technology. Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
