Onsite About the Position Abba Staffing is currently hiring a Control Panel Technician on behalf of a growing manufacturing company that designs and builds cooling systems for data center infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or low-voltage experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with electrical components, wiring diagrams, hand tools, and production equipment. Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to work instructions and schematics. Install and terminate low-voltage wiring and electrical components. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings. Perform quality inspections and basic testing of completed assemblies. Use hand tools and electrical assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and identify wiring or assembly issues when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals while following company quality standards. Work closely with supervisors and team members to support production schedules. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or electrical experience. Basic understanding of hand tools and electrical assembly practices. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Control panel wiring experience. Low-voltage electrical experience. Electrical assembly or panel-building experience. HVAC, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing experience. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Trade school or technical certification.
