Assemble & Build:
Construct circuit boards and electronic devices using hand and small power tools.- Read the
Blueprint:
Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams to craft high-quality tech.Inspect & Test:
Perform quality checks and test finished products to ensure zero defects.Track Success:
Keep clear production logs and maintain a clean, organized workspace.WHAT YOU BRING
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing (preferred).
- Strong fine-motor skills and great hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and written guides.
- High School Diploma/GED and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
