Job Summary HunterLab is seeking a skilled Assembler II to join our Manufacturing Team. In this hands-on role, you'll build high-quality, complex electro-mechanical and optical instruments, troubleshoot and restore equipment, and serve as a technical mentor to junior team members. If you're an experienced assembler looking to take on a leadership-oriented role in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assemble precision instruments using schematics, BOMs, and mechanical drawings Solder electrical components and PCBs using both through-hole and surface-mount techniques Troubleshoot, rework, and calibrate assemblies to meet performance standards Inspect, test, and ensure quality of all builds Mentor Assemblers I & II, assist with quality processes, and support process improvements Partner with QA and Engineering teams to implement solutions Maintain documentation and logs, and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience Strong ability to interpret complex technical documents and troubleshoot issues J-STD soldering certification or related technical credentials (preferred) Why Join HunterLab?
