Overview We are seeking a motivated Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of reliable electrical power distribution equipment that meets strict quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical components following detailed blueprints and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to accurately build assemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure correct component placement and connections Perform electrical wiring, soldering, and surface mount assembly adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality workmanship Troubleshoot assembly issues using engineering troubleshooting methods and test equipment such as ohmmeters Conduct quality inspections of assembled units to verify compliance with blueprint specifications and schematics Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly challenges involving electro-mechanical components or machining processes Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical panel building, or related manufacturing roles Strong ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), IPC 610 standards, and wiring techniques Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications and schematics precisely Mechanical assembly skills combined with electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience are highly desirable Join us to be part of a team dedicated to excellence in electrical manufacturing!
