• Aerotek is hiring Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient HVAC systems. This role is responsible for performing mechanical assembly of large components and systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work hands-on with tools, blueprints, and production teams to build and assemble complex air system units while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions + Use hand and power tools to assemble parts accurately + Troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure proper functionality + Conduct quality checks and final inspections on completed builds + Maintain a clean and organized workspace + Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times + Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred + Experience with large part assembly (HVAC, aerospace, construction, cabinetry, automotive, etc.

)

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
