Job Overview Electro-Mechanical Assembler PTR - Precision Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Enfield, CT. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will serve as an in-house service technician, with a focus on assisting in the manufacturing of electron beam welding machines as well as monitoring and maintaining machines in our Job Shop to reduce downtime and increase consistent operation. Responsibilities Perform layout and wiring of panels/consoles/power supplies. Wires machines, builds harnesses, tests transformers, and performs wiring inspections for quality control. Provides RMA support. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required (role is primarily performed in-house at our Enfield, CT plant). Performs routine/preventive maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs. Troubleshoots repairs and installs replacements as required on machines to ensure minimal downtime. Performs all duties in compliance with safety guidelines. Performs other duties as necessary or assigned. Skills Experience in soldering. Intermediate to advanced electrical skills. Proficient with hand tools. Basic computer skills (including Microsoft products).

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
