Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic molding machines Inspect finished parts for quality and defects Trim, assemble, and package products Maintain a safe and clean work area Complete production logs and report issues Requirements Plastic molding or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials Attention to detail and quality-focused Willingness to work overnight shifts
