MACHINE OPERATOR
/ ASSEMBLER, where your skills will drive the production of high-quality natural stone pavers. In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of industrial equipment, including stone cutting machines and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to delivering top-tier products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical expertise in plastics production and machining within a fast-paced, innovative setting. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery such as cutting machines and assembling of stones according to specifications. Perform quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage procedures are followed. Conduct troubleshooting on industrial equipment and robotic systems to resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Assemble parts accurately following engineering drawings and assembly instructions, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Maintain detailed records of production activities, measurements, and quality checks for documentation and process improvement purposes. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Proficiency with machine operation and troubleshooting. Experience with production processes. Knowledge of cutting machines & assembly operations. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to perform precise measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control. Familiarity with materials handling equipment like forklifts and warehouse operations. Strong understanding of safety protocols, manufacturing standards, and engineering troubleshooting methods. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Experience with assembly processes involving small parts or complex components.
