Experience:

Must have at least 2 years in an industrial environment Should have experience with hand tools, use with laser/plasma/cnc, sheet metal or other metal fabrication.

Job Description:

• Set up jobs on waterjet equipment
• Preform first article and in-process inspections
• Work with 3 axis and 5 axis waterjet machines
• Learn and work with CAD systems
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and read mechanical drawings
• Help maintain shop equipment and working areas
• Perform general shipping and receiving duties.
• Able to safely lift, load, and unload large material from manufacturing equipment.
• Use grinders, sanders, hand plasma cutter and other hand tools
• Perform other jobs and tasks as assigned
• Continuous training in cad and machine operations Skills and Requirements
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
• Must have exceptional math skills
• Desire for continuous improvement
• Organized and can maintain focus with multiple tasks
• Follows directions written and verbal
