Duties:
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic equipment according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), schematics, and written instructions to ensure accurate product assembly. Install, align, fasten, and adjust mechanical components, subassemblies, brackets, fittings, and hardware while maintaining quality and safety standards. Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, function, and dimensional accuracy, identifying and correcting defects as needed. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and make adjustments to ensure assemblies meet production and quality requirements. Operate overhead cranes, hoists, or other material handling equipment to safely move parts and completed assemblies when required. Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications and tolerances. Maintain an organized work area while following Lean manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and company safety procedures. Collaborate with team members, quality personnel, and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve assembly issues.
