SUMMARY BLEFA
Kegs, Inc. is a leading supplier and service provider for the the craft beer industry. We provide new beer kegs and service used kegs. In this role you will be responsible for working in multiple roles throughout the facility. This includes, but not limited to general labor, loading/unloading trucks, working on various keg service processes including the keg wash service line, refurbishing valves and operating various types of machinery in accordance with the company's processes, procedures and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Perform all basic keg service processes, such as decanting, chimb straightening, valve removal, quality checks, valve insertion, final leak testing and electrolytic edging of kegs. Operates the chimb expander, cutter and MIG welding machines. Operates all tools related to valve refurbishment including manual and automatic press, ultrasonic wash sink, parts polisher and electrochemical edging of the valves. Prepares order specifications for each order, including preparation of valves. Compiles accurate information for billing and inventory purposes. Works in shipping/receiving area hand loading/unloading containers of kegs. Reliable attendance is a must. Other duties as assigned.

Kegs Inc., employees must be able to perform the following in order to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Ability to operate equipment as needed. Ability to use hands fingers and arms repeatedly. Ability to use common hand tools as needed such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc. Ability to lift up to 50Ibs. Floor to waist frequently. Ability to team lift up to 80Ibs. Ability to push or pull objects up to 80Ibs occasionally. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10hrs per day.
WORK ENVIRONMENT BLEFA
Kegs Inc., is not a climate controlled environment. Employees are subject to Inside environment conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Loud noise, mechanical, electrical, chemical hazards, fumes, odors, dusts, and waste beer High frequencies.
