What You'll Do As a Downstream Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products using measuring devices and quality standards. Wrap and reel products accurately and efficiently. Operate basic hand tools and power tools to cut conduit as it moves through production. Verify packaging, product identification, and labeling prior to final inspection. Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support production goals while following all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools. Experience operating machinery or production equipment. Ability to work safely around moving equipment and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
