Full Job Description Customer Centric Focus:

Under the supervision and direction of the Director, to successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Proofread and Edit artwork and other materials Compare and check paperwork Inspect plate files for printing issues Communicate with Designers about art edits and fixes Knowledge of Insite, Kodak Prinergy Track jobs to keep plates on schedule Work under high-pressure to meet fast deadlines Maintain good working relationships with production, Sales and Customer Service Must be able to work with others and follow instructions Understand and recognize traps, stepping out, repeats and prepress issues Understand the production process Protect company's value by maintaining confidentiality of information Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Regular attendance is required

Skills and Qualifications :

Must be able to work with others and follow instructions Must be willing to learn new skills Must organize and track assigned jobs Must be detail-oriented and proactive Willing to understand the production process Willing to work under high-pressure to meet fast deadlines Basic computer knowledge Thorough understanding of spelling and grammar Must be able to work Monday - Friday during the hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Must be capable and willing to work more than a normal workweek with notice, as outlined in the Personnel Handbook, as work level demands dictate. Must be able to distinguish and ensure accuracy of work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to use the Company's software efficiently and effectively.
