Key Responsibilities Job Duties:

Assist in the production of ADA-compliant signs, including engraving, tactile lettering, and braille application. Operate and maintain sign-making equipment such as laser engravers and routers. Prepare materials, such as acrylic, metal, and plastics, for assembly and production. Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with ADA standards and company specifications. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with ADA guidelines and the sign manufacturing industry would be a plus but not required. Skills A problem-solving mindset and an attention to detail. Ability to work with precision. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to specifications for ADA compliance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
