ADA Technician I Creative Sign Company - 3.1 De Pere, WI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Full Job Description As an ADA Sign Technician, you will play a vital role in producing ADA-compliant signage. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the sign manufacturing industry while contributing to projects that make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities Job Duties:
Assist in the production of ADA-compliant signs, including engraving, tactile lettering, and braille application. Operate and maintain sign-making equipment such as laser engravers and routers. Prepare materials, such as acrylic, metal, and plastics, for assembly and production. Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with ADA standards and company specifications. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Contribute to a collaborative, positive and safe work environment emphasizing teamwork, respect and continuous improvement. Possess Grit and not be afraid to tackle difficult projects and work through challenging requests. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with ADA guidelines and the sign manufacturing industry would be a plus but not required. Skills A problem-solving mindset and an attention to detail. Ability to work with precision. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to specifications for ADA compliance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
