Previous experience in stone fabrication or polishing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn and develop their skills in the stone fabrication industry. Responsibilities Polish and finish stone countertops, edges, and surfaces. Operate hand polishing equipment and fabrication tools. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform touch-ups and finishing work as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work efficiently with the fabrication team to meet daily production schedules. Qualifications Previous stone fabrication or polishing experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety. Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime opportunities available. Full-time, year-round position.
