Supports other departments as needed. $16-$22 an hour pending experience and polishing test. Responsibilities Execute finishing/polishing processes per spec Operate grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment Inspect surfaces for defects and inconsistencies Report finish issues, tool problems, or cosmetic concerns Protect finished surfaces during handling Assist welders with part setup and basic assembly Support press brake, tube processing, or other areas as needed Maintain clean and organized work area Pass completed work orders to Shop Supervisor for verification Requirements Reports to Shop Supervisor 2+ years stainless polishing/finishing experience fast paced environment Experience with commercial kitchen products Ability to read a tape measure and attention to details Punctual, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to follow instructions

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
