Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Technician to join our fast‑paced, friendly shop. The ideal candidate has hands‑on powder coating experience, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Clean and prep metal components for coating Apply powder using proper spray techniques Load and unload parts from curing ovens Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work area Requirements Minimum 1 year of powder coating experience Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift, pull, and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail Able to start immediately On‑the‑job training available for shop‑specific processes
