Paint Prep Technician Mississippi Laser is seeking a dependable, hard-working Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM . As a Paint Prep Technician, you will play an important role in preparing metal parts for the finishing process while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout production. Responsibilities Clean metal parts using hand tools and other cleaning equipment Pressure wash parts as needed to remove debris and contaminants Hang and remove parts from paint racks Count, sort, and organize parts for production and shipment Package finished products for delivery Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality before painting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday Dependable attendance and positive attitude Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Full-time, first-shift schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with occasional overtime required Weekly pay Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, life insurance, and retirement benefits (eligibility requirements apply) Stable, family-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company If you're looking for a steady weekday schedule and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
