Do:

If you enjoy working with power tools, have an eye for detail, and love being part of a production team, this role is perfect for you. Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards. Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to keep things running smoothly. K eep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they re moved to the correct locations. Work closely with your teammates and accept guidance from leadership to meet production goals and expectations. Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications. Looking For:

Someone who can think critically and solve problems on the fly. Attention to detail is key-you ll need to follow work instructions and meet quality standards. Physical Demands:
