Job Description:

Responsible for HACCP, GMP's, and Safety / regulatory requirements.

Conduct Metal detector checks following HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans as Control Point requirements.
Conduct pre-operational and/or operational swabbing.
Conduct all Critical Control Point/Preventive Control Point critical limit checks as per the HACCP and/or FoodSafety Plans.
Conduct temperature checks and documentation.
Ensure all finished product packaging lot codes are correct and record findings making sure corrective actionsare taken if lot codes are found to be incorrect.
Conduct thermometer calibration as directed by Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Place product on hold as per HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans when a deviation occurs and alert plantmanagement accordingly.
Ensure all employees are following GMP's at all times. Lead by example.
Conduct scale and balances daily checks.
