• Conduct Metal detector checks following HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans as Control Point requirements.
• Conduct pre-operational and/or operational swabbing.
• Conduct all Critical Control Point/Preventive Control Point critical limit checks as per the HACCP and/or FoodSafety Plans.
• Conduct temperature checks and documentation.
• Ensure all finished product packaging lot codes are correct and record findings making sure corrective actionsare taken if lot codes are found to be incorrect.
• Conduct thermometer calibration as directed by Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Place product on hold as per HACCP and/or Food Safety Plans when a deviation occurs and alert plantmanagement accordingly.
• Ensure all employees are following GMP's at all times. Lead by example.
• Conduct scale and balances daily checks.
