Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of charcuterie boards, cheese platters, and snack displays using precise slicing and creative presentation skills Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, portioning, and arranging ingredients with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety standards in production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and customizing grazing options accordingly Ensure compliance with food safety management practices, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and safety standards in production Qualifications Eagerness to learn food preparation, arrangement, and display Knowledge of food safety standards in production and food handling practices Experience operating food preparation equipment safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and attention to detail Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety management and catering operations Join us as a Grazeologist where your culinary artistry will shine!
