Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, kitchen equipment, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit card payments, and giving accurate change Assist with food industry best practices including bussing tables, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Support operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong skills in food preparation, customer service, and retail math are essential Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience with cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and operating kitchen or concession equipment Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Previous retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us in delivering outstanding service while enjoying a lively work environment where your energy makes a difference!
