•$60,000.00 per year Job description: Our client is a leading provider of high-quality farm equipment, specializing in tractor attachments and implements. They serve customers nationwide through a dual-channel model — both online via eCommerce platforms and offline through local retail dealers — ensuring that farmers have access to the tools they need to boost productivity. This role focuses on pre-sales supporting customers select the right tractor attachment, and when needed after-sales communication, warranty handling, parts assistance, and basic troubleshooting . You'll work closely with our service center, warehouse, and eCommerce operations to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to after-sales care. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, warranty cases, and parts identification Coordinate repairs, replacements, and logistics with the service team Help customers choose farm implements based on tractor specifications Process service tickets, RMA requests, and order adjustments Maintain accurate CRM and service records Provide timely and reliable support to build strong customer relationships Assist sales with product information, quotes, and order processing Requirements 3+ years in farm equipment, mechanical service, or customer support Understanding of tractor attachments and basic mechanical concepts Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple service cases at once Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic order platforms SAP/Service Management experience is a plus
