We're looking for a motivated Grower Relations & Agronomy Specialist to join our Agro team in the North Dakota region. Grower Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with potato growers in North Dakota, Minnesota, and neighboring states. Confirm production planning in seasonal contracts, including pricing, volumes, varieties, and delivery schedules. Communication & Reporting Act as the central point of contact for growers. Share market insights and grower feedback with internal teams. Create analytical reports and performance dashboards. Planning & Coordination Develop delivery schedules aligned with production planning. Maintain accurate records of purchases and sales. Coordinate logistics with transporters and resolve any issues. Agronomy Crop Monitoring & Quality Assurance Provide hands-on cultivation guidance and support to growers. Monitor crop development and storage conditions. Assess and report on crop quality to the Agro Director. Variety research Planting new potato varieties in trial fields and processing plots. Collect and analyse data on new varieties. Safety & Sustainability Follow and promote safety, environmental, and hygiene standards. Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.

Education & Background Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Crop Production, or a related field. Strong interest in potato or vegetable crop consultancy, procurement, or contract management. Skills & Competencies Solid understanding of potato cultivation (planting to storage). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Organized, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills. Other Requirements Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
