You weigh raw materials precisely, begin mixing according to batch sheets, and move seamlessly to the line where items are assembled and packaged for sale. Throughout the day, you record production data, uphold HACCP checkpoints, and keep work areas spotless so the next handoff runs smoothly. What You'll Do Prepare and assemble fresh food items following recipes and batch sheets Keep production and kitchen areas organized, sanitary, and audit‑ready Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and consistency Package finished goods accurately for retail sale Follow food safety regulations, health codes, FSQA, and HACCP controls Maintain accurate production and quality records What You Bring Hands‑on experience working on a production line in a manufacturing setting Working knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) and HACCP Skill in mixing and weighing raw materials with precision Packaging experience and a strong eye for detail Team‑first mindset; able to follow instructions and standard work Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment
