We are an evolving golf club with a discerning membership, entering our third decade of success. As part of our evolution, we are seeking team members that are ready & willing to grow. As a premiere mountain golf course, historically we have been busiest in the summer months, however, we have grown to remain steady year-round. Of course, during summer we are busiest due to our tournaments, thus we are seeking team members that understand the balance and shift in each season. With big potential from June into October, and then consistent opportunity throughout the rest of the year, we are now hiring to integrate new team members that are eager to grow with us! Duties Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established quality and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the venue, including food prep areas and dining spaces Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments Follow food safety management protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring expiration dates Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and support overall venue operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately (for some roles) Familiarity with food safety management standards and protocols Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks associated with food service roles Join us today!
