Depends on Experience NHC HealthCare Oakwood is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part Time Evening Food Service Tech / Dishwasher to join our dietary team. This position plays an important role in supporting quality meal service for our patients and residents while helping maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. The evening shift begins at 3:00 p.m. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and food service equipment. Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen, dishwashing, dining, storage, and food preparation areas. Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup. Help prepare meal trays and support accurate and timely meal service. Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary instructions. Properly store food, supplies, dishes, and equipment. Follow safe food handling, sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures. Remove trash and assist with maintaining an organized work environment. Provide courteous service to patients, residents, families, visitors, and fellow partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment. Previous food service, dishwashing, or health care experience is preferred but not required.
