What You'll Do Test & Inspect:

Perform daily analytical, microbiological, and sensory tests to meet strict company and customer standards. Keep all lab equipment calibrated and ready.

Ensure Compliance:

Monitor plant operations for adherence to Safe Quality Food (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety guidelines.

Collaborate:

Work side-by-side with the production floor to verify active quality checks and share real-time results.

Audit & Document:

Accurately log test data into digital record databases and help prepare the facility for upcoming audits.

Report:

Work under the direct guidance of the Quality Supervisor.

What We Need From You Experience:

2+ years of prior QA or quality control experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Comfortable with basic computer tasks for data entry and simple math for unit conversions and run-rate formulas.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts, maintain a fast pace, and lift/move 50+ lbs regularly.

Schedule Flexibility:
